Is there any additional cost to me?
Most people that go through this special experience do find they fall in love with our work and wish to purchase more; however you are not obligated to do so. You will receive the FULL portrait experience! If you do decide you'd like to invest in our work, we can apply your reservation deposit or the value of your gift toward your artwork order.
How much are additional portraits?
We price everything during your viewing appointment because pricing varies depending upon the finish, size and quantity of what you select and every person wants something different. We offer a range of portraits from large scale exquisite hand painted portraits at $14,000 to more modest sizes in photographic finishes beginning at $500. Our artwork is definitely an investment. It's created like original art and priced like original art and it's certainly not within the reach of every budget. However, there is never any obligation to purchase anything. We have families that come just for the experience and that's part of the beauty of what we do. We are not a digital only studio however, we do have the ability to discuss the option of a matching digital of any purchased portrait. We also offer financing options, some with no interest options, to help clients be able to get what they love most.
Why Do I Have to Pay a Refundable Reservation Fee?
We are a in-demand, portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
We block out our studio and staff for two hours for every appointment, hence the need to collect a refundable reservation fee to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life doesn't always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for 72 hours notice.
If you do not show for your appointment or give us 72 hours you will forfeit your deposit.
I decided not to use my prize… Can I get my reservation fee back?
We will happily refund your reservation fee with at least 14 days notice before your scheduled portrait appointment date. If you do not notify us, you forfeit your reservation fee.
CAN I GIFT THE SESSION TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, Our portrait gift certificates are designed to offer a personalized and tailored experience for the intended recipient. We want to guarantee highest quality and satisfaction with our services.
What ages work for our fairy/fisherman sessions?
These sessions are for children 3-12 years old.
Do you provide clothing for the session?
Yes, we have a client wardrobe from 3-14 years of age. Our fairy and fisherman sessions are best for children 3-12 years of age. However, older children than 12 years of age is totally ok! We just have limited clothing options for those ages.
